As I have covered earlier, the CLPD (builders of Suncity gloria) have been unsuccessful to ever get a Occupancy certificate for any of their projects. Pretty sure, your home will be without a occupancy certificate.

Hello Glorians,
I am writing this mail to all the proud Suncity Gloria owners who are lazy enough to spend their precious and valuable 5 mins time for their surrounding and their own property. I request everyone of you to be patient and read this mail once for our own benefits.
Before I start, I want to recollect how many of you like me were in dilemma in the year 2010 to go for this project after reading the various reviews etc about the dark past of CLPD. I feel many of us were confused but were also somewhat greedy at the same time to go for a big project and comparatively competitive price. And today we are paying a heavy price for that decision. As the saying goes in hindi “Kutte ki Dum Kabhi Seedhi Nahi Hoti” , so is the case of CLPD.
Each passing day it feels like dreams getting shattered and repenting for the decision taken long back. Even when we want to amend the decision and go for selling out the property nobody is willing to take looking out the glorious past of CLPD and the current present as well. If we look around and see all the projects, even in the initial stages as well are being sold out at a quite high rate as compared to Gloria and the reason being the neat and clean past and their response.Here I am going to highlight many of the flaws and the hide and seek game which CLPD is playing with us.
First of all, lets talk about the aftermath of 8th March Residents meeting. What happened in that everybody knows. How Mr Sanjeev and Mr Rajesh made a fool of everyone we rightly knows. Although they are my very good friends and I shouldn’t speak about them, but still then would like to reveal some hidden truth. One day I asked Sanjeev, why are they delaying the project so much. And whatever he told me was a shocking revelation. He told in the current market situation job openings are very less, and in CLPD not many future projects are their except Arcadia and another some sale of plots. And for those employees are already there. So the more they delay the completion of Gloria, their jo will be much more secured till that time. Hence they are targeting to stretch it till 2020 by any means.Although Mr Govindachary is a nice person but he is a person with large wealth and no brain and these people very well know how to fool him. They reflect in front of him
that by just delaying the project he gonna get more profit. Now the question arises how?? The answer is, try to just raise the no of floors for block 2 as soon and collect the money from them in the name of various installments. Then deposit that amount in bank or either invest in somewhere else where it gives immediate returns.To be precise enough, it is not 1 or 2 crores which he would be collecting from all the residents instead it counts upto 100 of crores and you can imagine how much profit he is going to make if he delays investing the same money for the completion of the project even by a single day. So its a win win situation for both of them, Hence he doesn’t interfere much and these people only have conveyed him that they are going to answer the agitated residents and convince them(residents). Thats why he is never bothered.In his eyes, these guys are doing a great job by giving him profit as well and at the same time facing the residents
also. Then my next question to him was regarding the decision of theirs for namig and framing of a committee of residents which in my view was going to cause more trouble to them. But he pointed out another shocker. He told me that “its easy to face 8 instead of 80 angry residents and If we( CLPD people) manage to keep those 8 people happy and satisfy there small needs then our job is done and in the name of discussion we can prolonge it as much as possible. For them , its like Divide and rule’. Thats the reason we are no more seeing any complaints or any future resident meetings being called out. Its very funny to see the confused state of mind of the builders. Few examples are as follows:
1) For a few weeks the activity for the gate was boosted up so much that I thought ok finally Suncity is going to atleast have a main gate and all of a sudden after sometime it stopped.
2) Secondly, the work for the road started and everyone had a feeling that we will be entering out premises on a new road..But unfortunately it also stopped after putting one side concrete for around 100 mtrs. After so much request from last two days they agreed to put concrete to the other side.
3) Another fine day, for around 4-5 weeks the work for Basket ball court was in progress and everyone started having a goosebump in their stomach dreaming of the fact of playing basket ball at their own place. funnily, it also was halted after sometime.
4) Again the plastering for boundary wall work continued for few weeks and afterwards discontinued.
5) Few weeks back, one evening when i returned from the office, i found some landscaping work being done on the inner side and I was happy that I can see my kid playing in the children’s play area sitting in the balcony but unfortunately that also got halted.
6) Again, one day I found out the club house side activity (plastering and entrance ) being progressing at light’s speed and within a few days i couldn’t find any difference at all.
7) Seeing the House keeping people, I just cant stop laughing. One should observe those ladies in the Basement for a few moments. U will find them sweeping at the same place and same position for hours together. And nobody is there to check them or have a control over them.
These are just a few things out of 100 of blunders CLPD is doing every passing day.
Now coming to the fact of the promises being given to us prior to 8th March Meeting.
Except Electricity, nothing else has been fulfilled till date.
1) Hardness of water still continues to be a major problem.
2) Absence of security is still at large at night.
3) No action has been taken till now to provide lights in the common area.
4) Unwanted visitors still enjoys entry into the premises and inside the building as security is most of the time busy listening to songs with a highly professional look wearing tie etc
5) For namesake only Solar heater has been activated whereas if you still open the tap you will find cold water the reason being the recycling pump being not yet fitted to the water storage.
6) Play area for kids is still a dream to be accomplished. I am sure when my kid will be going to college he will certainly be able to see that.
7) Club house with a small super market seems to be a distant dream which was promised to be handed over by 31st march and I am not sure which year 31st march actually Rajesh and Sanjeev had spoken about.
8) Monkeys still enjoy to play along with our kids.
9) Cement mixer on the opposite side still continues to provide unwanted spices in the food in the name of fine dust. Thanks to that our kids continue to fall sick and have dust allergy. I remember Sanjeev committing very boldly on 8th march to remove that within 45 days. I doubt how good his mathematics except calculating money is.
There are many other issues as well which we need to discuss. I know its not the time to crib for what is not done but atleast we can come together and think of what can be done.
We should actually show CLPD the work going on inthe opposite side of the Over bridge to make them understand what exactly doing work with dedication and honesty means. Everyone of us would have seen the progress of that area within a little span of 2 months only. I have seen them working day and night.
The problem is not only with CLPD it is with us as well. Everyone of us only think these lines “Why Me”, “Why should I “, “ Anyways, someone else will take care”. Etc. If each one of us think like that then CLPD will continue to fool us for years at large. Dont forget that CLPD is continuing to enjoy the maintenance amount from the day regd got over. And for the people from Block 2 who are expecting there flats by September or October don’t worry, at the end moment you will be also conned by them the same way the Wing B people have been.
So arise and awake. Come together. Be united,fight for your rights. We are not staying here for free. We have spent all our hard earned money for this.
So at the end I would request each one of you that if my words have atleast been able to impact 1% of your inner conscience then let all of us meet tomorrow and carry the movement further and start a new beginning. The Wing B and Block 2 owners who are not staying here, I request you to kindly join us and help us in building the strength. Because united we stand and divided we fall. Its a fight for each one of us. What is our problem today is going to be your problem tomorrow.
So let all of us meet tomorrow.

Owners Please Unite – OC has not come even after so many years and its April 2019 . Recently water got contaminated due to dead lizards and rats because builder had not cleaned sump for 3 years ! leading to dysentry and vomitting for about 50 persons including kids …drain water is not having outet and is leading to bad water flooding in basement – Builder has started gym but is charging for the same despite promising club house free of cost – mosquitos is also a big problem – monkeys continue to trouble but bigger problem is builder not really caring – recently in march 2019 no water for about 20 hours —drainage is a big problem that is now a court case with behind church.Overall situation is worse-Lot of fightings between residents in telegram and whatsapp – in one meeting almost fist fight between residents and builder reps
